For all the categories, students must have at least 60% marks and a minimum CGPA of 3.0 out of 4.0. Students applying for a scholarship to highly vulnerable people must have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 45%. Eligibility criteria for the BEEF scholarships 2023:

1. Candidates must score at least 60% in final/last exams, or 3.0 CGPA from 4.0 CGPA.
2. Particular Quota Scholarship applicants must show that they have at least 45% marks or 2.5 CGPA from 4.0 CGPA.
3. All applicants for the BEEF Scholarships 2023 must be regular students at a full-time institution.
4. Scholarships are not available to students with poor academic records.
5. BEEF scholarships 2023 are not available to students who have received any scholarship.

Selection-Criteria-2021-22

Documents Required:

Attach the attested copies (attested by the head of the institution) of the following documents to the BEEF Scholarship Formula.

• CNIC/B–Form/Smart card
• Local Domicile
• Academic Certificates
• 4 Passport Size photos (attested)
• CNIC of the Father/Guardian
• If applicable, Certificate of Disability
• Along with other documents, the orphan candidates will attach the Father’s death certificate.
• Students from minority groups will be granted the Religion Certificate.

BEEF Scholarship 2023 Amount

The partially funded regular scholarship program 2015-16 was launched in July 2015. The program covers students in Matric, Intermediate, and DAE. It also includes a BS/Professional degree program and a one-time grant for Ph.D. students enrolled at Balochistan-based educational establishments. This is a crucial point to make. BEEF offered maximum opportunities for students from each Balochistan district.

BEEF Scholarship Requirements

• Minimum 60% marks in last exams or 3.0 out of 4.0 GPA
• Minimum 45% marks or 2.5 GPA out 4.0 required for Special Quota Scholarship for extremely vulnerable Individual
• Students must be enrolled in a full-time institution as a regular student
• Marks/Division improvers, those having failed in the subject and those passed with grace marks are not eligible to apply for the BEEF scholarship
• Those availing of any other scholarship are also not eligible to apply

BEEF has created a single form that can be used for all classes. Students are encouraged to read and follow the instructions on the back of each form before filling it out. Completed forms will not be accepted. Fake documents will result in the suspension of the scholarship. Legal action may also be taken.

How to Apply for the BEEF Scholarship 2023

Students must submit the SAF 2021-22 to their Focal Person at the Institute they are based. This includes all required documents, financial aid documentation, registrar office, or head of institute paperwork. The HoD or an Examination controller/Result Branch official can verify the SAF. You can find the contact information for the Center of Excellence (CoE), Focal Persons, and other Focal persons on the BEEF website/Facebook page. As explained in the Procedure, the Focal Persons will provide accurate, verified data for eligible students to BEEF. The first soft data via email (including IML-PFML–FML) and then hard copies along with the filled SAF 2021-22 duly signed and stamped by the focal and co-focal persons shall reach BEEF no later than the due date.
